If you want to lose weight or are trying to build muscle then you need an accurate and simple way to track body fat percentage. With this app you simply need to measure your waist and weigh yourself - that’s it! No messing around with calipers pinching yourself left right and centre and no need to use a tape measure around your thighs, neck, hip etc. Just the waist will do and along with your weight measurement and accurate body fat measurement can be given.

An overall body category is given based on both WHR (waist to height ratio) and body fat percentage. BMI is also shown for comparison.
